Xpedion Hires EDA Veteran Roger Bitter as Vice President of Sales and Marketing

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 2001--Xpedion Design Systems, Inc. today announced that it has appointed Roger Bitter to the position of vice president of sales and marketing. Bitter brings more than 25 years of electronic design automation (EDA) and semiconductor industry experience in sales and management roles to the position.

Prior to joining Xpedion, Bitter was vice president of worldwide sales at Virage Logic (NASDAQ: VIRL - news). He has also held executive positions with Magma Design Automation, Sycon Design, and TSSI, Inc. Bitter received a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, a master's degree in management science, and an M.B.A. in finance from West Coast University.
