Siemens PLM Software - PLM Perspective - June 2010

Executive Outlook - June 2010 |
Let's Talk!
 |
Tony Affuso
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer |
Next week I look forward to seeing many of you at PLM Connection Americas, which brings together many members of the PLM industry’s longest-running user community. Sharing information is at the heart of product lifecycle management and we try hard to facilitate opportunities like this for dialogue and customer-driven discussions. That dialogue takes many forms. For some, it is the opportunity for customers to meet with our developers to talk about new features and capabilities that would help them in their work. For others, it is learning tips and tricks or getting update information from our product experts, trainers and partners. And always, the opportunity to network with peers who share common interests and challenges has tremendous value and enables us all to share best practices.
Annual PLM Connections – for customers and for partners – take place around the world regionally as well as locally in individual countries. Smaller local user groups hold sessions as well, which you can find through
PLM World,
PLM Europe or via the Siemens PLM Software
Web site for your country. We use these opportunities to listen and to learn. But there are also many additional ways we continue the conversation.
