Building on the companies' global alliance, this agreement enables HP and Alcatel-Lucent to deliver and market end-to-end UC&C solutions to clients. These solutions use the convergence of telecommunications and IT to transform the way customers use UC&C services.

The offerings include: - Migration from multivendor and legacy PBX to an IP voice integration layer that uses Alcatel-Lucent's open IP Telephony architecture for UC&C.
