Citadon Announces Special Migration Program for Constructware Customers and Partners

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- Feb 22, 2006 -- Citadon, a leader in integrated Web-based collaboration, today announced it will offer a special migration program designed to satisfy the needs of businesses that currently use Constructware collaboration solutions. The migration program was developed to help Constructware customers and partners respond to business challenges resulting from Autodesk, Inc.'s recently announced plan to acquire Constructware.

The migration program provides price discounts on Citadon® Collaboration Workspace (CW) and consulting services to help companies efficiently and affordably transition to a Citadon CW environment. Citadon CW offers Constructware users greater flexibility in managing the document review and approval processes, contract commitments, and correspondence necessary to complete major construction projects on-time and within budget. In addition, Citadon CW can also be integrated with any cost management or scheduling system rather than rely on Constructware's proprietary cost management system.

"Constructware customers are facing some difficult choices moving forward," said Howard Koenig, CEO of Citadon. "As one of the pioneers of on-demand collaboration for the construction industry, Citadon is committed to providing companies using Constructware with a powerful, cost-effective on-demand solution that satisfies their business requirements."

The new program provides an attractive financial package for Constructware customers, including a 25% discount on the first year's subscription fees as well as a 25% discount on all upfront training and consulting services. Qualified Constructware customers will be able to start new projects right away on Citadon CW and work with consultants who specialize in construction-related collaboration to migrate existing projects. These incentives are available now to customers that subscribe to Citadon CW no later than September 30, 2006. For more information on this program please go to www.citadon.com/constructware/.
