CoCreate Announces 2004 Forum in Japan

Event Follows Year of Strong Revenue Growth in Asia Pacific

FORT COLLINS, Colo. and SINDELFINGEN, Germany, Aug. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- CoCreate Software, Inc., a leading provider of project team collaboration and 3D CAD software, announced today the 2nd annual CoCreate Forum to be held at the Hotel Pacific in Tokyo, Japan on September 10, 2004. This annual event marks the first public showing of CoCreate's 2005 product lines due out this fall.

CoCreate doubled the amount of available seating from last year's event, and registrations have already exceeded 700. CoCreate is looking into opening additional seating for the event. Those interested in attending may contact Email Contact.

The "CoCreate Forum 2004" is a conference developed for partners, customers and prospects across the greater Asia Pacific regions with attendees traveling from Singapore, Thailand, China, Taiwan and Korea. Many of this year's attendees are new to CoCreate products.

Attendees will hear a keynote speech from Mr. Junji Ichikawa, Managing Director, Member of the Board, and Chief Executive of Optical Products Operations, of Canon Inc., who will speak on creating innovation in the design process. William M. Gascoigne, CoCreate's CEO, and Ulrich H. Mahle, CoCreate's Vice President of Product Development, will present the competitive advantages of a collaborative engineering environment, and the product strategy behind CoCreate's next generation of products.

CoCreate customers, Sanden Corporation, Dainippon Screen Mfg. Co., Ltd., and Seiko Epson Corporation, will present case studies on how CoCreate products play an important role in their product development processes. Application partners with integrated solutions for CoCreate products will set up exhibitions showcasing their products.

"The CoCreate Forum 2004 is overbooked, a reflection of CoCreate's success in the Asia Pacific market and the growing use of CoCreate products among leading companies," said William M. Gascoigne. "This year's event follows an excellent year for CoCreate in Asia Pacific where the company grew revenue 18%, year to date, and in Japan where new business grew 37%."

About CoCreate

CoCreate develops 3D CAD and collaboration software for manufacturers and their project teams who need work done today, not tomorrow.

Our mechanical CAD product, Designer Modeling, is for designers who need freedom to create and change 3D designs without misunderstandings or delay. Model Manager, a data management product, is for teams who can't afford to work on the wrong revision of a 3D CAD model or 2D drawing when creating assemblies. OneSpace.net collaboration software is for project teams who are overwhelmed by the complexity of a design process that stretches across sites, contractors, or outsourced teams.

We help teams design products, manage CAD data, and share ideas so they can reach their time-to-market goals.
