Delcam Introduces the PartMaker Multi-Channel ViewerTM Free Productivity App

The free PartMaker Multi-Channel Viewer PC App allows users of multi-tasking Turn-Mill Centers and Swiss-type lathes to view and align multi-channel CNC programs automatically 

Fort Washington, PA February 16, 2015– PartMaker Inc., a division of Autodesk’s Delcam unit, has launched a new, free PC-based app called the PartMaker Multi-Channel ViewerTM.  The PartMaker Multi-Channel Viewer is available for download free of cost from The PartMaker Multi-Channel Viewer is a very unique software application that allows users of Turn-Mill Centers and Swiss-type lathes which require multi-channel CNC programs to view multi-channel CNC programs side by side and automatically align “sync” or “wait” codes.  The PartMaker Multi-Channel is unique because it supports virtually any multi-channel machine/control combination from every machine builder on the market.  The application is highly intelligent, using proprietary technology to automatically recognize the CNC syntax required by specific machine tools.  The PartMaker Multi-Channel Viewer is activated for each user by a PartMaker product specialist who will provide them a customized machine configuration for the machines in there shop. Both the application and the custom configuration files are provided free of cost.

The PartMaker Multi-Channel Viewer lets users view a multi-channel CNC program on one screen with just a few clicks of a button. It automatically displays synchronized processes across multiple channels for any multi-axis machine/control combination. The software allows users to search their multi-channel NC program quickly and easily. While the PartMaker Multi-Channel Viewer is not a CNC editor, it connects to your favorite CNC editor to allow you to make changes or corrections to your multi-channel NC program. The PartMaker Multi-Channel Viewer is configured for users personally, free of cost, for the exact array of multi-channel Turn-Mill Centers and Swiss-type lathes in a user’s shop. The software also works for any standard, single path NC machine as well.
