Solair will offer the first White Label PLM system in the world to software houses and VARs

Jul 17, 2014 -- The White Label PLM has changed the rules of the game! Software houses and VARs can now take advantage of the most innovative PLM technology on the market and customise it to resell to their customers using their own brand.

Solair is now offering the White Label PLM to software houses and VARs looking for a cloud based PLM to rebrand and sell to their customer base and new prospects. After the success of the company DPT (, who acquired the White Label PLM application from Solair and rebranded it Power PLM, Solair is aiming to attract the attention of software companies and VARs looking for a scalable, easy to use PLM that is quick to implement and easy to configure in order to satisfy the demands of their customers.

A white-label product or service allows the customer to customise it and rebrand it to develop a new source of revenue without having to create their own solutions from scratch. The White Label PLM is highly innovative: it is cloud-based, easy to configure, accessible from anywhere and from any device using secure access directly from the web.

It was specifically developed to use the most modern software architecture and was designed to be available in a SaaS model. The White Label PLM was then enriched with many PLM features to meet the requests of hundreds of users. All the investment in time and resources was made by Solair: software houses and VARs will just simply have to rebrand it and customise it where necessary to create tailor-made solutions for their customers quickly and easily.

It can be implemented in all company departments and it integrates with different solutions already in use such as the most common CAD systems, Office applications, and management systems etc. It can also be used and customised by those who do not have any particular computer skills: the linearity of the interface makes it extremely simple and intuitive to use.

Thanks to this White Label PLM – explains Tom Davis, CEO of Solair – it is possible to offer a cloud based PLM to software houses or VARs so that they can then resell an innovative solution with their own brand or develop other vertical applications on it in just a short time. This in turn benefits their customers who can reap the rewards of all the advantages of a PLM solution at an affordable cost”.
