(Nasdaq: ANAD), a world leader in radio frequency (RF) solutions, today expanded its dual-band ProEficient-Plus™ power amplifier (PA) family with the introduction of the AWT6765, optimized for LTE bands 25 and 26.  The Company's ProEficient-Plus solutions deliver industry-leading efficiency in low-power mode for greater talk-time and high-power mode for longer data application use.  This level of performance is offered in compact and highly integrated dual-band configurations to help maximize overall battery-life and minimize space requirements in mobile devices.

ANADIGICS' ProEficient-Plus solutions leverage the Company's exclusive InGaP-Plus™ technology and patented design architectures to provide world-class efficiency in low and high power modes, as well as exceptionally low quiescent currents without the use of DC/DC converter.  ProEficient-Plus power amplifiers are also optimized for use with average power tracking (APT) to further increase efficiency and reduce current consumption at medium and low operating powers.  The Company's dual-band ProEficient-Plus solutions offer frequently used band combinations with an internal voltage regulator in compact 3 mm by 4 mm packages to save valuable PCB space.
