SigmaTEK Announces Addition to Southeast Region Team

CINCINNATI, OH; March 21, 2012 — SigmaTEK Systems, LLC, the world’s leading CAD/CAM nesting solutions provider, announces that Scott Taylor has joined the company as Regional Technical Manager for the company’s Southeastern United States region.  In this role Scott will work with manufacturers to leverage the advanced CAD/CAM nesting capabilities of SigmaNEST® to maximize cutting machine usage and material optimization.

A native of Greenville, SC, Scott attended the University of Georgia.  Afterward he progressed through cutting machine operation and programming positions with a local manufacturer. Scott’s fabrication experience includes five years on Trumpf and Bystronic lasers before moving into a programming position. Applying advanced nesting techniques to optimize material usage netted the company yearly stainless steel savings in excess of $200,000. Scott went on to become the company’s primary SigmaNEST programmer delivering new levels of efficiency and productivity.
