Independent Research Firm Ranks Pitney Bowes Software as a “Strong Performer” in Cross-Channel Campaign Management

In the evaluation of its Portrait Suite of products, Pitney Bowes Software received its top scores for “data management”, “financial” and “interaction management”.

Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of 12 products from 11 vendors using 81 criteria that were grouped into three high-level buckets including current offering, strategy and market presence. The companies selected were seen as having the capability to meet the demanding Cross-Channel Campaign Management requirements of enterprise class businesses.
