Kevin North is the President and CEO of Dyadem International, responsible for corporate strategy, business growth and total customer satisfaction. Kevin has been with Dyadem since 1998 and has worked in several key positions in sales, technical support, project management and human resources. When he assumed the role of Executive Vice President in 2003, he doubled company revenue within a year, increased staff retention and raised the level of customer satisfaction. In 2005, Kevin took the company to new heights, launching Dyadem's first enterprise software solution, SmartMOC®. He was awarded the title of President and CEO in March 2006, where he continued to lead the organization's strategic vision. Kevin holds a B.A. from Carleton University (Ottawa), and a diploma in Human Resources Management.
