Editorial Reviews
This text introduces the beginning student to IronCAD software. Bundled with the book is an educational evaluation copy of INOVATE, the modeling portion of IronCAD. It allows students to create conceptual models or accurate parts. Using catalogs of shapes and standard parts, items may be designed by proportion or to exact size. Animations and walk-through simulations may be created and materials shown using catalogs of surface textures and colors. INOVATE has realistic rendering, shadows and ray-tracing.
