today announced that its third fiscal quarter of 2003, ending on June
30, 2003, demonstrated a record revenue increase of over 45% as
compared to the same period last year.
Framework's record revenue growth was balanced across both AEC and
manufacturing industries with particular strength among educational
facilities and automotive, consumer products and pharmaceutical
companies. The company saw sales to new customers double in the
quarter along with significant adoption of its new product modules
with existing customers.

ActiveResource(TM) and Portfolio Planning(TM) -- that address

thereby increasing cost savings and accelerating commencement of the

(S.E.A.) and Project Website Services, Inc. have integrated
Framework's technology as part of their offerings following
