The contract calls for 270 subscription licenses from think3.

GILDEMEISTER Italiana will use think3's thinkdesign software, the only solution on the market that offers full-featured 2D and 3D functionality in the same product, and complete 2D and 3D transparency, for mechanical design. think3's integrated PDM product, thinkteam, will provide the seamless data management necessary for streamlining GILDEMEISTER's product development process. Furthermore, thinkteam will link to the company's ERP solution for an optimized process chain throughout the organization.

To get up to speed quickly and cost-effectively, GILDEMEISTER's product development staff is being trained on the software via think3's innovative customer care offering. This includes instructor-led online seminars, hands-on web training and industry-specific curriculums. Customer care services are included in think3's annual subscription licenses to shorten employee learning curves and increase productivity at no additional cost to customers. GILDEMEISTER also chose think3's professional service organization to implement the solution.
