Through December 31, 2006, companies that are using unlicensed MPA or MPI software can acquire a legal license directly from Moldflow and avoid possible legal action. As is true with most purchases, if the price of the software is too good to be true, chances are it is illegal or unlicensed. Copies of Moldflow software that are downloaded from the internet or purchased from markets are not legitimate in any case. The only method to ensure that Moldflow products are authentic and legal is by purchasing them direct from Moldflow or one of our authorized resellers or sales partners. Moldflow will work with local authorities after January 1, 2007 in an effort to identify and take any required legal action against unlicensed users of its proprietary software.
