General Services Administration Awards Contracts to CADD Microsystems and DLT Solutions to Implement Autodesk Solutions for Real Estate Portfolio Management

Winning Team Combines Digital Design and GIS Integration Expertise to Build National Web-enabled Spatial Inventory System for GSA

WASHINGTON, June 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) today announced that its premier partners, CADD Microsystems, Inc. (CMI) and DLT Solutions, Inc.(DLT), have been awarded two contracts by the Public Buildings Service (PBS) division of the General Services Administration (GSA). The contract will support the PBS' Office of Real Estate Portfolio Management to develop and implement an enterprise-wide Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system.

The contract awards are valued at $741,000 and a second award of $100,000 for the Autodesk software. CMI and DLT Solutions will implement Autodesk Map 3D 2007 and Autodesk MapGuide software products as the platform to address PBS' needs for a national Web-enabled enterprise-wide spatial inventory system, a business-driven technical solution for facility management, and reporting across all PBS inventory.
