3D Systems and Materialise Team-Up to Provide Complete Rapid Prototyping Solutions

3D Systems to offer Magics software with its SLA® and SLS® systems

VALENCIA, California / LEUVEN, Belgium — February 14, 2006 — 3D Systems Corporation (Nasdaq: TDSC), a leading provider of rapid 3-D printing, prototyping and manufacturing solutions, and Materialise, one of the drivers in software development for rapid prototyping and manufacturing, have entered into a worldwide distribution agreement that covers the Magics product line. Under terms of the agreement, Magics, Materialise’s specialized software for rapid prototyping work preparation and STL manipulation, will be offered with 3D Systems’ stereolithography (SLA®) and selective laser sintering (SLS®) systems.
