VISTAGY Expands International Operations with New Local Sales Agents in France and China

Sales representatives will offer FiberSIM� software and services
for composites design and manufacture

WALTHAM, Mass., USA, June 7, 2005 — VISTAGY, Inc., the leading developer of computer-aided-design (CAD) integrated software for the design and manufacture of composite parts, today announced the expansion of its sales channels in Europe and the Pacific Rim for its flagship FiberSIM software. Samuel Grego and his team will sell and provide training and consulting services for the software in France and Belgium, and Kevin Zhao and his team will do the same in China. The additions to the VISTAGY sales force come as a result of the expanding interest in FiberSIM internationally, particularly in the aerospace and automotive industries.
